To qualify as a New Referred Purchaser, the potential buyer must NOT have already been introduced to Townline Homes Inc. by:

Being on one of Townline Homes mailing lists.
Having already registered at a Townline Homes project website.
Having already been introduced by a realtor or have a realtor.
Having previously been referred by someone else.
Having already been contacted by, or contacted a Townline Homes sales team.

Only one referral reward will be paid for each suite purchased by the referral.
The Purchaser Referral Reward will be paid to you 60 days following a firm and binding contract and payment of full deposit (minimum 10%) received from the New Referred Purchaser.
