DEVELOPING, BUILDING, AND INVESTING IN BC SINCE 1980

Rick Ilich didn’t set out to build a company. He set out to build homes. And over 40 years later, that ethos remains at the core of what we do. The scope may have changed, but the tenets that guided Rick in those early days building single family homes have remained steadfast. Be down to earth. Do the right thing. Think it through.

Today, Townline is a leader in the development of condominiums, townhomes, and rental communities across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. But we’ve never lost sight of our core values. As we grow, we keep the people who live in our homes at the centre of every decision we make, and we’re proud to build on the legacy of trust, integrity and quality that has been Townline’s foundation since the beginning.
