The Hudson

The Hudson involved the complete rehabilitation and transformation of one of Victoria’s most iconic landmarks, the 1920’s Hudson Bay Department Store into 152 modern flats, lofts and courtyard homes. Over 40,000 sq.ft. of dynamic street-level retail is considered to be the heart and soul of Townline’s Hudson District neighbourhood, offering opportunities for social interaction and access to a diverse selection of daily conveniences, shops, services, leisure and wellness activities. The space is currently undergoing renovations to accommodate a future grocer.
